Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Baby bath towels and hygiene products
  • Innerwear or personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Product photos
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
